How to reserve and handing over keys

You can see descriptions and photographs of the shared flats, families and hostels on our website. If you are interested in one of our accommodations, we will be happy to answer any questions you have before making a reservation.

Content and general conditions
Please note that we cannot guarantee that the prices, calendars or any other information presented on our website is updated daily. But we will always inform you about the actual/seasonal rates and conditions (from the establishments, accommodations and sleepngo.com) before confirming a reservation. Sleepngo.com is not liable for personal or property damage caused to sleepngo.com customers. Cancellations can be made at any time by the establishments, accommodations and our (sleepngo.com) discretion.

Reservations can only be made by credit card
After confirming the availability, we will send you a link to our reservation form. We use a secure server with SSL encryption, which ensures a confidential data exchange over the internet. You can also print the form out and send it by Fax or call and give your details over the phone. Visa and Mastercard are accepted.



Hostels
After confirming the reservation with the hostel, we will send you a booking confirmation including the address and contact information. In general, reservations are confirmed in 24-48 hours.
For any cancellations relating to our hostels you can find individual policies on each hostel page. During different seasons policies may vary. We will inform you of these details with each detailed offer and confirmation.

Shared flats and host families
To reserve a room in a shared flat or a host family, a deposit of 20% calculated on the total price is required. Balance payment upon arrival. Please note that the deposit is not refunded in case of cancellation. For all the shared flats and host families, the option to cancel a reservation due to unforeseen circumstances can be made at the discretion of sleepngo.com.

After confirming the reservation, we need to know your estimated arrival time by email, so you can be greeted when you arrive at the apartment. It is VERY IMPORTANT that you have a copy of your passport upon arrival.

In our confirmation email, we will forward you the address of the accommodation and a contact number to call when you arrive in Seville or after checking out at the airport. After your call we will meet you at the flat. You can arrive between 4pm (16:00 hours) at the earliest and 10pm (22:00 hours) at the latest. The flat departure time is at the latest 11am (11:00 hours). If necessary you can request an hour outside these schedules and if it is possible we will arrange it.
