The central location makes it possible to arrive quickly at several language schools and many other important places, the Alcázar and the Maria Luisa park. These places are perfect to study in the afternoon on green grass or simply relax in the shade.

This one bedroom is also very near to supermarkets and Internet cafes. The private bedroom has two single beds. Small private bathroom with toilet, wash basin and shower. The room is in the ground floor as well as the bathroom and a very small sitting/living-room area. All the other rooms are on the first floor.
Use of the kitchen should be agreed before. The apartment has a roof terrace with a beautiful view. Bedlinen, clothes and towels are washed.
